Who operates ProPilot

JKA Holdings LLC develops and operates ProPilot for commercial real estate operators. Development starts with internal validation across JKA Holdings LLC and affiliated companies. Public registration is not yet open.

Information on this public website

This site has no sign-in or bank-connection forms. JKA Holdings LLC does not embed advertising scripts in these pages. We do not ask visitors to enter bank credentials, account numbers, or payment details here.

Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect it. Cloudflare services may also process website performance and usage information. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond to your inquiry. Please do not email banking passwords, API keys, or complete account numbers.

Planned bank-data access

We intend to use Plaid to obtain account-identifying details, balances, and transaction history from business accounts with the account holder’s authorization. The purpose is business cash visibility, property accounting, and reconciliation of bank activity with ledger records. Initial validation is planned with JKA Holdings LLC and affiliated companies.

• Authorized users will authenticate and consent through Plaid Link. ProPilot will not ask users to share their banking password by email or enter it into this public website.
• The planned integration is for reading financial data. It will not initiate payments, ACH debits, or transfers.
• During initial validation, connected data is intended for authorized users acting for JKA Holdings LLC and affiliated account holders, and service providers necessary to deliver the integration—not advertising or sale of financial data.

Plaid’s handling of information is described in its End User Privacy Policy. A connection requires the applicable authentication and consent process; visiting this site grants no bank-data access.

Retention, access, and disconnection

Before bank connectivity is enabled in ProPilot, we will provide users with the applicable access controls, retention periods, and connection-removal instructions. These operational details are still being developed; this page does not claim that the bank-data integration or its controls are already deployed.

For an inquiry about information you have provided to JKA Holdings LLC, or to request access, correction, or deletion, contact us at billing@jkahds.com. We may need to verify your authority before responding. Required accounting or legal records may need to be retained even when a bank connection is removed.
