JKA Holdings LLC develops and operates ProPilot. These terms apply to the informational website at propilot-ai.com. The website explains the product and provides a way to contact its operator.
Browsing the site or sending an inquiry does not create a paid subscription, provide access to a production workspace, or authorize access to a bank account. Any future platform service will be subject to its applicable service terms.
Product availability
ProPilot is in development and internal validation. Public registration is not yet open. Product descriptions explain the platform’s features and development scope; planned capabilities are identified as planned. They are not a commitment to a release date, price or service level.
The current bank-reconciliation workflow uses CSV or OFX statement-file imports. Plaid connectivity is planned and not yet live. The planned connection is for reading data, not initiating payments, ACH debits or transfers.
Responsible use
You may browse the site to learn about ProPilot and contact us with legitimate questions. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, submit malicious material, impersonate another person or organization, or use the site unlawfully.
Do not send banking passwords, API keys or complete account numbers by email. Only provide information you are authorized to share.
Product information
The information on this website describes software; it is not legal, tax, investment or accounting advice. Descriptions and availability may change as development progresses.
A software record or calculation does not replace review of the underlying lease, invoice, bank statement or applicable professional advice. Recording a receipt or classifying a transfer is different from instructing a bank to move money.
Third-party services and privacy
External links lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices. A reference to Plaid, Cloudflare or another provider does not mean that provider has approved, certified or endorsed ProPilot.
Read our Privacy Policy for information about website inquiries and planned bank-data use. A future bank connection will require the applicable account-holder authorization; using this website is not consent to financial-data access.

Website materials are provided to explain ProPilot. Rights in third-party names and materials remain with their respective owners. Do not use ProPilot branding in a way that misrepresents an affiliation or endorsement.
