01 / THE PLATFORM
From property activity
to an explained ledger.
ProPilot is a platform for commercial real estate operators, bringing property operations and accounting into one workspace while keeping each legal entity’s books distinct. Development starts with internal validation at JKA Holdings LLC and affiliated companies.
CAM & tenant recoveries
Reconcile common area maintenance, tax, insurance, and other recoverable costs against lease terms.
Bank-to-book reconciliation
Import CSV or OFX bank files and reconcile statement activity with the property ledger. API-based data collection is the next integration.
A native accounting foundation
Keep property accounting within the platform. QuickBooks is an optional integration direction, not a prerequisite for the property books.

We are developing a Plaid integration for authorized business accounts. Initial validation is planned with JKA Holdings LLC and affiliated companies. It is not yet live in ProPilot.

WHAT THIS CONNECTION WILL NOT DO
Initiate payments, ACH debits, or transfers. This is a data-reading integration, not a payment service.
INITIAL VALIDATION ACCESS
Initial validation will be limited to authorized users acting for JKA Holdings LLC and affiliated account holders. Bank authentication and consent will take place through Plaid Link—not through this website.
